Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that specifically requires the item to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If sent to Brigade, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their inspection and they alone will make final disposition on repair or replacement. Please note the special conditions sent with your order regarding footwear and watches.
Be Sure it's Right Before You Use it! By law, sleeping bags and undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We will make repairs when possible and return the item to you; however, DO NOT send clothing, equipment or footwear that is soiled. We will not accept your merchandise and it is automatically returned to you. Food and water items are not accepted for return.
Returns After 30 Days - In the event you wish to return an item after our 30 day No Questions Asked period, you must call our Customer Service Department before making the return. Return Authorization may be provided by Customer Service for valid reasons; however, the item(s) must be in new condition as shipped with all original product packaging. Items that require refurbishing are charged a minimum of 15% Restocking Fee, if accepted for return.
If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service before disposing of the packaging or making a return shipment. We will assist you in making a claim with the carrier.
