The trustmark is awarded only to sites that adhere to TRUSTe's established privacy principles of disclosure, choice, access and security. We agree to comply with ongoing TRUSTe oversight and alternative dispute resolution process.

Once you have completed your order online, our security procedures do not end. The moment you press "Submit" to send your order, the encrypted information is kept inaccessible and sent directly to our order processing team. Our internal order processing system is not connected to the Internet, so no one can gain access to your information.

Ways to tell when you are in a secure section: In all browsers, look for the "http" in the URL to "https." The added "S" represents the secure area. The entire ordering process on Brigade's online store, from when you decide to checkout until your order is confirmed, is conducted on a secure server. Further, many popular browsers have a symbol to indicate secure mode. To verify that your browser is secure, look at the bottom of your browser's window; Netscape displays a solid key and Internet Explorer displays a closed lock.
